Our team is honored to work with so many distinct and unique couples every year. We customize floral designs for local and destination weddings. From elopements to á la carte orders to large scale occasions- we create stunning and memorable floral designs for weddings all year long.

Weddings at Nigella
Ready to Tie the Knot? Congratulations to you and your fiancè! During this time full of excitement and planning, we would like to get to know more about you and your floral needs and share a bit more about our services. If we're aligned, we would love to work together to curate florals for your special day. 

Before we begin, we need to gather all the info... 

Big Picture: What is your inspiration for your big day? Is there a theme/mood/vibe? Please share any inspiration photos or Pinterest boards with us. While we never recreate exact designs that you share, it helps us get a better idea of the concept you are going for. 

Logistics: Do you have other wedding vendors lined up? Over the years we have developed strong relationships with many Bay Area wedding venues, planners, photographers, caterers, makeup artists, DJs, cake bakers etc. We would love to find out if we already know someone on your dream team.

Consultations: From micro weddings to grand affairs, we work on events of all sizes. Because of the full spectrum of weddings that we provide florals for, we try to keep our communication time proportionate to the event size. That means if your wedding total is under 2k we will happily communicate via email and phone but we will not provide a custom mood board or live consultation. For weddings 2k and up we will provide a custom mood board and the aforementioned emails/ phone calls plus one live consultation (in person or remote- your preference) and 1 revision.

Deposit: If we are all on the same page and have agreed that we are a good fit, we will request a deposit to secure the date. For the deposit, we require a 50% payment. This deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the amount is due 30 days before your wedding date. This enables us to secure products and staff. We know that things often change from the time of booking, and some items may need to be added or adjusted. We can accept additions to the original quote up to 2 weeks before your date. We can not remove items due to the perishable nature of our products and the need to pre-order containers and florals.
